The Oklahoma Coalition of Bear Memes hereby announces its foundation as a public interest group. Whereas, skeleton memes are forced and therefore unfunny; Whereas, the meme drought is consuming public interest to the point that memes pertaining to the meme drought have gained popularity; Whereas, the Bear in the Big Blue House signals a wholesome alternative to previous memes of the months; Whereas, the Bear in the Big Blue House is a friendly face to not only attract meme newcomers, but also experienced memers alike; Whereas, Luna was one of the original reinforcements of the trope of a face on celestial bodies; Whereas, facial muscles in characters with skin allow more funny reactions than the skinless alternative of skeletons Therefore, be it resolved that bear memes are objectively better and more useful to convey a larger array of human emotions than all other memes thus far this month, and as such, should be declared the official Meme of the Month
