About
I Don't Care If You Win, I Just Need X To Lose, also known as General Hux Losing is a phrasal template format that became popularized on X / Twitter In late December 2024 using a memorable quote from the 2019 science fiction action film Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker "I don't care if you win, I need Kylo Ren to lose." Online, the phrase is used in memes as an exploitable image macro via caption changing where the meme creator replaces "Kylo Ren" for a character, movie, or personality that is hated, even though the winner could also be potentially someone or something the creator is not fond of.
