Seriously, this is f----- up

My issue is two parts.
One: that it will make it impossible for small time news reporters and journalists to talk about anything without the expressed consent by the powers at be, giving the EU complete control over what people in its sphere read, see, listen to and can talk about.

Two: Memes, jokes, fan art, fan fiction, internet discussions, reactions and breakdowns will not be able to be viewed by the population of the EU nor will those same people be able to post their own content. It will cripple content creators in the EU borders and destroy the culture the Internet has created.
