Okay to literally everyone who says "How do you pay for this" How about we make it so the IRS can go after multibillionares and make fucking sure they're paying their goddamn taxes. Because once you hit that threshold of money I have no shit to give for you financial 'woes'. you don't get tax breaks once you have that. And that includes in liquid assets in offshore accounts too.

Maybe not spending trillions on the military would also help.
