I just checked NoA's official Twitter and I didn't see this tweet there so unless it got deleted I feel like this is just a shop job. The only "taunts" from Wario I saw were ones relating to Pikmin and Mario Sunshine (as Pikmin 4 was confirmed by Miyamoto to be in development a while back but we haven't seen anything yet, and Mario Sunshine has been a highly requested game to get an HD remake, with Charles Martinet saying he really wants it to happen and the globe in Mario Odyssey even shows Isle Delfino).
