Hey did you know, making a single number to sum a person's total mental abilities accurately is hard?

So back in the days of Eugenics, Americans did tests and decided they were genetically the smartest. The English did the same and decided they were the smartest. The French did the same tests and decided they were the smartest. Black countries didn't do these tests because they had more pressing concerns.

So what everyone found is, whoever makes the test, the scores were biased to the nationality of the testers.
