We write because you have relcased a recording entitled The Question" (the "Recording"), in which you make numerous false, repulsive, and defamatory statements about Visser and Jones. Speeifically, we have recently lcarned that you are attempting to launch your musical career by spreading known falsehoods about Visser and Jones. For example, you released the Recording, which contains several outrageous and fabricated allegations about Visser and Jones, including that, in 2013, Visser and Jones trafficked you to South Africa, that Jones"picked you" because you looked like Visser's daughter, that Visser and Jones tortured you in a satanic ritual, and that Jones is a "p--------." You even doubled down on your misconduct by posting the lyrics to the Recording (ie. www.genius.comvZheani- www.instagram.com/askulloffoxes) uploading the Rocording to www.youtube.com/watch?v-NCSq AyXtr4w) and, upon infomation and belicf, marketing the Recording on Reddit with a burner account that was deleted after a user ident ified the account as belonging to you YouTube e a song from her new ep australian artist Your fabricated allegations about Visser and Jones are false and defamatory, and are known by you to be false and defamatory. In fact, afterthe alleged events in 2013 "descbed" in the Recording. you pleaded with Die Antwoord's management to hire you as a Personal Assistant to the band's crew during a music tour in 2014, which they did. As a Personal Assistant, your sole responsibility was to supply Visser and Jones with vegan meals during the tour. Neither Visser nor Jones heard from you in the years after the tor. The only thing that has changed since then was your attempt to promote your own "music through scandalous falsehoods about Visser and Jones and Accordingly, unless you (or anyone acting on your behal) IMMEDIATEL.Y cease and desist from (i) publishing and promoting the Recording, including by removing it from SoundCloud and Spotify and (ii) publishing known, defamatory falsehoods about Visser and Jones, we will take all appropriate actions which may include commencing litigation to enforce our client's rights, seeking a prel iminary injunction, and seeking an award of compensatory and punitive damages and reimbursement ofall of our costs and attorneys fees resulting from your flagrant and intentional violations. It is dangerous when they start making up lies and believing their own b------- to get back at whoever dumped them. Dont abuse your power girls. 凸回 prawn_star CLOUT CHASER prt2 . 11 100% 4:37 AM 100 5 years later this fan girl Zheani comes out with an insane story saying she was 'trafficked out' to africa by me (trafficking involes kidnapping btw). She also said i tortured her and put her in a satanic ritual (just for the record me and ninja are Buddhists, we practise yoga, meditate and are vegetarian. Yes our music and videos are crazy as we are Surreal Artists) this girl is ticking all the boxes of a Crazy Person here. She said ninja dated her cus she looks like my daughter Imean... W--??? i know during the 4 days ninja "dated" her, they took a nude selfie together that Zheani sent to Ninja afterwards Ninja never posted this foto. 凸回 . 11 100% 4:37 AM 100 Photo seemed sweet. Ninja told me aside that after meeting her in person, he didnt really have chemistry with her. Shortly after this he cut the trip short an she returned to Australia But Ninja felt bad because he said she was a nice person. And they stayed friends on txt. A year or so later (cant remember exact dates) we played at the Big Day out Festival in Australia. Zheani hit us up and asked us if she could help us get Vegan food on tour. We said yes as i thought that wasa cool idea So our management hired her as a PA for our crew She brought me vegan food every morning on tour she was really sweet and knew her food well But when we were backstage i did notice she was trying very hard to hit on 2CHAINZ the rapper who was touring with us. she gave him her number 10 seconds after meeting him and kept hitting on him and his crew the whole time. I thought this was kind of lame but not a big deal Anyway the tour ended and the last time i saw this girl she brought me a vegan burger in my hotel room I said good bye, gave her a a hug and I never heard from her again. ninja told me he stopped speaking to her after the tour because he said she was irritating (tbc see nxt post)
