Context:

The little mermaid over here was pissed over humans hooking her fish friends, so she wanted to pay her "respects" at the seafood dinner serving them. Upon discovering that fish cooked by humans is delicious, she can no longer stop eating her captured fish friends (She is not luring them to their deaths mind you).

It's gotten so bad that a shark serial killer is able to see the amount of fish folk she has eaten pictured above, and is genuinely impressed by her "cannibalism".

It's a fairly comedic manga with the all of the implied horror.

Yeah, but, is it really cannibalism? Sea Creatures eat other sea creatures all that time and I don't see another mermaid in their so how's it cannibalism?
