Final Fantasy VII Remake - Romeo & Juliet: Remake

Trying to undo an ending from a famous story through forced time travel from out of nowhere simply because you think you know better destroys the themes and messages from the original and devalues the actions and choices of the characters by not only making it easily undone by contrivances but by suggesting that everything that happens is the work of another force working towards a fixed outcome, removing agency and responsibility from the characters inculding the villains.

… but enough about FF7 Remake, lets talk about this funny comic

I personally don't like time travel plots because of all of the holes, it also just kind of nullifies character development
