- The one that took the photo.
- The one that uploaded it to that Facebook group.
- The actual black woman on the picture.

And I doubt any of them asked any other's opinion, and chances are that the woman was just admiring a museum exhibit like most of us would and then politically-charged people took that simple endeavor for their own gain, eventually culminating on this meme.

I've seen plenty of times in which it was used against "rightoids" and /pol/acks alike.
