In the final episode of *Jellystone!* aptl named *Crisis On Infinite Mirths* several classic Cartoon Network characters battle classic Hanna-Barbera characters; in one scene *Bubbles* from the PPG beats the s--- out of her 2016 counterpart. This was done as request of *Craig McCracken* himself.

From a quick search, she's apparently from Patrol 03, a French-Canadian cartoon in a world of animal-people where the three main character are inept police officers that get into wacky hijinks while trying to solve crime.

Carmen herself is one of the main characters and her wheelchair uses various tools and gadgets.

Huh, seems a bit obscure and apparently some episodes are on Youtube. Might have to give it a looksee at some point out of curiosity.
