Here are the plans of the Democratic party regarding these:

1. Plans to introduce public healthcare. No it will not replace private healthcare. It didn't do in Europe. Rather it's an affordable default option for everyone as well as giving private healthcare a baseline of quality to match
2. Plans to raise minimum wage to $15. The rule is already to pay the rest if tips are lower than minimum wage. (I can also say based on economics all over the world, rising minimum wage doesn't increase prices in the same way… overall general prosperity raises more than costs)
3. No clear answer here. My guess is stronger worker protection but those are state issues.
4. Openly support the "8 measures" against police violence. (e.g. banning chokeholds, de-escalation training being more important than firearms training etc.)

Now whether they do it or not is a different question, but to most of these they DO have answers. So this post is just a massive strawman.
