IN TOWN FOR BOOK SIGNING, BIDEN WEIGHS IN ON GAMBLING, GOV. PATRICK U.S. Sen. Joe Biden (D-Delaware), in Boston for a book signing, said that although gambling brings in "significant" revenue for his home state, it is 'not the most reliable" funding source. However, the presidential candidate added that gambling is "a local issue" and declined to comment on the ongoing debate in Massachusetts. Biden told the News Service he "really was impressed" with Gov. Deval Patrick's performance so far, and particularly his newly rolled-out education plan. Biden said the plan, which promises universal community college and pre-kindergarten, is similar to what he is proposing on the campaign trail. Biden said his ties with Patrick extend to the early 1990s, when Patrick was a Clinton Justice Department official and Biden chaired the Senate Judiciary Committee. The senator sought to quash rumors that he has been auditioning for the role of secretary of state in a new Democratic administration, saying, "I plan to become president and appoint one."| He added that he would wield more power in his current post as chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee than he would as a secretary of state.

It will stay there, and if nothing happens after that, then I will admit I was wrong about The Plan, but I still am grateful that Q woke us all up to the criminal syndicate and blackmail ring of p--------- and human trafficking that rules highest(and lowest) levels of government. For being woken up to that, I can say that this was not all a waste of time and energy. Until January 21st at 11:59pm, I'm gonna hold the line, if nothing happens, l'll eat my words and be deeply embarrassed. I'll give it 1 more day, no more.
