The original is from a commercial of the 1930s, when he was not yet a fascist, and spoke to the people about unemployment in this broadcast. The woman in it was his wife. He says "We Live In A Period" twice with a brief pause, and considering that the video is cut, it makes it look like he's saying it both times in the span of a minute. This made the comment section reference the We Live In A Society meme
