According to the official lore, Repliforce wanted to create a perfect fighting reploid that is peace loving and with high spirit of fighting, but complications led to the project being label as a failure. As a result, the reploid was split into two, being the Colonel, the strong filled fighter, and Iris, the peaceful arbitrator.
