Nobody needs fully semi-automatic printing presses. The first amendment only applies to manual type set printing presses that a talented printer could create one or two leaflets per minute. The founding fathers never envisioned printing presses capable of spewing out thousands of pamphlets per minute.
One of my favorite rebuttals, along with: a hearty breakfast, being necessary to the start of a healthy day, the right of the people to cook and eat pancakes shall not be infringed. Who has the right to pancakes: breakfast or the people?
