Tell her if she touches your cat, you will call the police and have her charged with animal cruelty. It is illegal for her to have your cat euthanized. Go and get your cat microchipped immediately so if she takes the cat in, you'll be contacted when they check for a chip. Keep the cat in your room, keep the door locked, even if you have to change out the doorknob and have keys. Get the hell out of there ASAP. Buy your cat a cat tree in your new place and the cardboard floor scratchers at Walmart. Start trimming your cat's nails. All these things will keep your cat from scratching.
