Real talk for a moment.

To me, going to bed at a resonable time isn't the problem. My problem is going to sleep at a resonable time.
If I wanted to, I could go to bed at midnight no problem. But going to bed early doesn't change the simple fact that my brain only goes into sleep mode after 2AM or 3AM.

The only time I go to sleep as soon as I lay down is when I'm physically and/or mentally tired or been awake for 20+ hours.

Anybody here has the same issue?
