I have no problem with Shinning Armor being Twilight's brother. The only thing that would upset me is if Apple Jack's parents should up with no explanation as to where they were all this time.

Well, if the explanation was "Oh Apple Jack, we were always over there points to behind a tree or something." Then I probably would be okay with it.
