A little meme criticism; drop the last three words. The NPC character is supposed to be a completely uncritical, unthinking figure. This edit breaks that by trying to make him justify his position. Now he's just openly, consciously racist. If he simply said, "That's different", uncritically dismissing the question without further thought, that'd be the NPC thing to do. The racial bias would be insinuated, as after all, the unthinking NPC would not be conscious of his own programmed biases. Heck, it might even be better if he just said nothing and gave the angry stare.
Political memes have a long history of shooting themselves in the foot by way of sacrificing brevity and wit in order to over explain the message, but this example stands out for how much it softens the crack of its whip with the addition of just a few words. After all, calling someone racist never stings nearly as much as making someone momentarily conscious of their biased thought.
