Nannies shouldn't have to work a second job because you're not paying them enough → Last nanny just quit with no notice, looking for someone reliable and honest. 7 days a week, 7hrs a day, 6 a.m. to 1pm, which leaves you time for another job so it's a great gig. Not looking for a sitter, looking for someone w experience and references and education. Our kids are 4, 3, and 14 months. The 3yo and 14-month-old are always up by 5 for full transparency and then you put them down for their nap before you leave.
