Need advice: my nanny is unavailable Friday to watch the girls bc she has an appointment with immigration thay she cannot reschedule. She just told me last week. I have to pay drop in rate for an extra day for her to drop off at the preschool. I told her I'm deducting the $70 from her pay bc lisnis regularly scheduled work day for her and I'm being forced to pay someone else to watch the girlsl'm reducing the $70 from her pay for the week. Plus I hace to find someone to pick H up from school and take her to the preschool. bc they get out Marlon Friday and she won't be back yet. It's a huge inconvenience to me.
