This would ALMOST be a dud idea if the Masuda Method wasn't a thing. There's also those rare times where you get a competitive breeding reject with still-decent stats and some Egg moves. But for the most part it's Fletchling all up in your face.

I have to wonder this: WHY DID THEY GET RID OF GTS NEGOTIATIONS?!
Seriously! Why did they get rid of that? GTS Negotiations was awesome as it allowed you to directly trade with other players to get Pokémon (especially since the regular GTS was fucking annoying with almost every trainer asking for a Level 9 or under Zekrom, that would always piss me off), and get Pokémon you couldn't get easily. It's because of GTS Negotiations I was able to get most of the starters, a Groudon, AND a Lugia! With this thing, the only worth-while Pokémon I got out of Wonder Trade were a Gourgeist and a Kabuto, but that's it!

TL;DR version: Wonder Trading is stupid and should have been replaced with GTS Negotiations.
