As some of you know, I am actually Brain Goldner, President and CEO of Hasbro. Miss Corlett is sadly mistaken. She may have been confused by some emails between DHX and Hasbro Studios that went out earlier in the year. While we have been exploring the possibilities of expanding the relationships, such actions must be taken with extreme caution. The parents of the target demo take relationships very seriously and we are striving to determine whether expanding them would be a feasible or realistic action to take heading forward.

As such, the season finale will not be featuring any "mane six" relationships. We are confident the rainbow powers arc along with continued expansion of the Crystal Empire will satiate all demands. In addition, if Princess Twilight Sparkle ever does have a child (a very unlikely development given the target demo's desire to emulate her behavior), the child will not be named "Teatime." Such a boring and unmarketable name would never be used on a character of such importance.
