Presuming since it's on the homepage it can never be fixed.

So... it's been a while since I uploaded anything on here and I thought this post would be the return for me on this site.
If you guys wanna know why I've been so inactive here it's because I wanted to have a break on this website for awhile, not to mention there were real life issues I've had that made me more absent than I thought, that and I wasn't able to get this pic finished in time cuz of said RL issues and my computer shutting down whenever I try browse anything online.
So I hope that explains a lot of things and hope you did like this illustration I've done.

I tested it: if you refresh the page, the upvotes you make which trigger the popup aren't counted.
Which is even worse, since then you've got to refresh the page in order to upvote the comment.
