Gonna lose my mind if I can't start sleeping soon. Took melatonin, progesterone, magnesium, used sleep oils and reduced my blue light exposure last night. What a surprise nothing ever works to keep me asleep. Good thing I don't need rest or anything to can't wait to try and nap later just to feel better have another blood sugar crash.
