February is Black History Month. President Ford officially recognized Black History Month in 1976. Since then a lot has changed when it comes to race relations. Jimmy thought that might be a good area for tonight's Pedestrian Question. So we went out onto Hollywood Boulevard and asked people "Do You Have a Black Friend?"
