There's been a new wrinkle in the Maddox vs D--- Masterson and pals lawsuit that I covered last week. His lawyer, Kevin Landau, has requested an emergency restraining order that would penalize the defendants should any of them, their friends, associates, or FANS criticize, make fun of or comment on either Maddox, his lawyer or the lawsuit itself.
