Effing is a variation on planking and involved posing two people so that they appear to form the shape of a capital F. The top person sits upon the shoulders of the other and extends their arms out to form the top bar of the F while extending their legs straight out. The person on the bottom holds onto the legs of the person on their shoulders as to form the bottom bar of the F.
