Phonofoot is essentially Littlefoot from The Land Before Time, with his head replaced with a phonograph and constantly repeating "it flew real low". The original appearance was in JitteryDragon's Youtube Poop titled "Rocks Fall, Everyone Dies", found at about 2:28:
