"What Did You Do To My Drink?" refers to a memorable scene from the Nickelodeon animated television series SpongeBob SquarePants. The original scene spawned several sub-memes beginning in 2015.

Origin

On April 1st, 2000, the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Fools in April" premiered in the United States. In the original scene, SpongeBob pulls a prank on a customer by putting only one ice cube in his drink instead of a couple of ice cubes (shown below).

YOU WHAT!?! is yelled by Tom at Spongebob when he thinks Spongebob has messed with his drink. It was used both as a still image and in edited videos on YouTube and Vine.

Im Pussy? is a picture of Tom with his neck extended with the caption "Im Pussy?". The phrase has also been captioned on other characters, both unrelated, and those being redrawn to match Tom's pose.
