The original image originated from a facebook group named "Getting poke at t in the park". the image contained two people kissing in public at the festival, one obviously being "poked" by the other. the main attraction to the image, however, was the male in the yellow raincoat, smiling and pointing at the two people in a comedic manner.
Since it's creation, multiple groups on facebook have been created, with edited images of the "yellow poncho guy" in various scenarios
