Pretty cool. I took a history of creativity class last semester that described exactly what this video was explaining. Now every time I see a new “original” product in the market, I try to figure out what might have been the inspiration for it. He’s absolutely right. Nothing is completely original. Even the printing press something that was considered exceptionally groundbreaking was based off of a simple wine press. If we continue to squabble and fight over property rights of ideas, how are we supposed to be able to learn how to create new things?
