'Halo' TV Series Creating Memes For The Wrong Reasons

The Halo TV series made for Paramount+ has already seen itself hitting multiple roadblocks. Initial images taken before the premiere, showing a non-blue Cortana, already sparked concern among the fanbase who wanted the show to retain the same feel and appeal that the games do. This, unfortunately, was a hope dashed quickly as it was revealed in interviews that the showrunners not only didn't play the games, but purposely didn't want to do much with the established deep lore, opting for a more Game of Thrones later seasons approach where everyone can tell you're just winging it and not doing a good job. Very high up on the list of complaints from longtime fans of the series are that Master Chief, who has had multiple games over the past decades, has never had a face reveal until the show launched. This was seen as the creators flaunting how much control they have over the project, and how disastrous and unlikely to follow game script the rest of the series would be.
