Like Sands Through The Hourglass, So Are The Marianne Williamson Campaign Days Of Our Lives
Best-selling author and extreme fan of love and gratitude, Marianne Williamson, officially dropped out of the 2020 Presidential race today. In an official note on her website, Williamson wrote that her campaign "will not be able to garner enough votes in the election to elevate our conversation any more than it is now. The primaries might be tightly contested among the top contenders, and I don’t want to get in the way of a progressive candidate winning any of them."
After the noted self-help guru posted the link to her announcement on Twitter, users couldn't help but react with memes and GIFs of crystals and people ascending to other realms. In addition, the former candidate's stance on vaccinations allowed for many jokes today.
A politics of conscience is still yet possible. And yes….love will prevail.https://t.co/BqTKQFI338

One of the fascinating things among many I learned about Marianne Williamson during this process was she performed one of the weddings of Liz Taylor. (Look at whos on the right) pic.twitter.com/0ufcAz7fmv
