SOMETHING INSPIRED BY SOMETHING ELSE IS FINE, BUT IF YOU PROMPT AN AI WORK TO REPRODUCE EXACTLY ANOTHER ARTWORK, AND THEN SELL IT, THAT'S JUST PLAGIARISM AND IT'S THE SAME AS TRYING TO SELL ANY COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT.
