By existing you are giving consent to other human beings to take inspiration from you. By posting on the internet you are giving consent for others to download your work (because that's how web browsers work). Neither of these are giving consent to engineers to sample your work for an experiment, and while there's nothing really unethical about simply counting someone's work as part of a survey-based experiment, I think there's something to be said about using people's work as part of a training program after they've made it clear they don't want to be used in that way

Good lord, that second set. Adjust your CFG values or change model or SOMETHING. If you're gonna img2img an artist's pictures without permission at least make it look decent.
