The meme's image is from the "Dead Freight" episode of Breaking Bad. Mike threatens Lydia by perfecting the dialogue they wrote for her to talk to Hank about the tracker on the barrel of Methylamine. He threatens that if she screws it up or tells Hank, by hinting or otherwise, that he will pull out his pistol and shoot her in the head. This meme can be used for anything that is considered foolish or childish. The meme would go "If you do X or Y, then I will pull out my pistol and shoot you in the head".
