I forgot where I originally found the image address, but I ended up finding the <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/spookymonth/comments/rntzkm/spooky_month_4_arg/">Reddit Summary Post</a> that essentially did what I'm doing as of now; compiling this tiny ARG, but much better and earlier. Apparently, there are red highlights on certain letters that form another link, though it may require image manipulation.

While this isn't the "Reddit Post":https://www.reddit.com/r/spookymonth/comments/rnsllg/pieced_the_qr_code_together_and_got_this/ I initially found it in, commenter deathkillerLiam2313 does seem to be one of the first people who found it, or at least spread the link around. The secret link in this one appears to be based on Morse Code and figuring out which order the letters need to go in. The Reddit post I mentioned has a commenter who spread around an incorrect link.

You can use the < and > keys to navigate frames more easily on both Newgrounds and YouTube
It appears to require a stitching up, though Newgrounds user Zerkeid appears to have already done so and put the resulting link in the comments of the <a href="https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/826994"> Newgrounds upload </a>, which is where I found this.
The picture also shows part of another Imgur link, though it appears to require more image manipulation (something with the dark light and the hue of specific parts of the image).

The "crocodilo" originated in the animated short, "Mokey's Show - Contagious Christmas" By Sr Pelo. In one of the scene Mommy(Sr Pelo version of Minnie mouse) got worried that it was Christmas but instead it June 19th, and if you pause at the right moment you will a crocodile/hippo on your screen, and then if the close captions are on it has a name called crocodilo
