The text contains a mysterious number sequence, 2080: 520: 10872", which is unsolved to this day. MAIN MENU PLAYERS ONE TWO THREE FOUR CONTINUE CLUBHOUSE Then, the actual main menu is rendered over the black screen, making it impossible for the player to ever see it. This happens on every frame; the numbers are typed out digit by digit and are then overwritten by the actual image by the end of the frame. Note that this entire setup is extremely unusual to begin with, as games do not usually waste time rendering something on every frame just to have the image be overwritten by something completely different.
