Celine Dion Begs Drake Not To Tattoo Her Face On His Body
Celine Dion, the Canadian singer best known for her Academy Award winning performance of "My Heart Will Go On," does not want her face to go on Drake's body.
During an interview with iHeartRadio, Dion was informed that Drake had expressed interest in getting her face tattooed on his body. It is an honor Dion would share with other famous singers including Rihanna, Sade, and Aaliyah, all of whom have been immortalized on the Hotline Bling singer's person. Dion, however, was adamant that Drake not do this.
"Please, Drake, I love you very much," she said. "Can I tell you something: Don't do that. You can write me love letters, you can send me autographs for my kids, you can come and visit. I can have you home for lunch or dinner… we can go for a drink. We can sing together. Whatever you want to do. I can talk to your mother. Whatever you want, but please."
"My face will go longer and it will go not prettier," she continued. "So please, don't tattoo. If you do it, just do a fake one so you can change your mind."
Drake had expressed interest in getting a tattoo of Dion on his ribcage when they met at the 2017 Billboard Awards. "It means the world, you’re very iconic. We love you. I’m, like, a year away from a Celine tat," he reportedly told her.
