EmpLemon, a premiere YouTube poop and comedy video creator has decided to private several of his older videos, stating that they are now a liability on his channel. This comes a month after he was recently in YouTube jail for jokes in his previous videos.

Last week, EmpLemon tweeted that he had gotten a strike on one of his videos, titled "Green Simpsons," guessing that it was because of a particular three-second joke found within the YouTube poop.

A little later that day, EmpLemon confirmed that his entire channel's monetization was taken away. This appeared to be uncharacteristic, as other creators have had videos that broke community guidelines just be demonetized while the rest of the channel remained intact. This strike was even confirmed by a YouTube content review, leaving EmpLemon in limbo as he didn't know how to fix the issue.

Last Thursday, EmpLemon had his monetization restored, but he still had the strike on his account and couldn't post anything for a week. He ends the tweet by ominously saying that this event has shaken him to the core and that he will be making some changes. These changes weren't seen and actualized until earlier this week where he made a tweet saying that he will begin the process of privating all of his meme videos.

The process began Thursday, and by the end of the day, all of his meme videos and YouTube poops had been privated. There was a glimmer of hope, however, as the videos were not deleted in an Unus Annus situation, and may return again someday. In the meantime, EmpLemon tweeted that he backed up his entire video catalog to another site where people are allowed to watch without restrictions.
