Twitch Streamer Keffals Realizes Live On Stream That Keemstar Isn't Actually A Trans Ally
Long-time trans rights supporter, activist and Twitch streamer Keffals recently invited known drama kingpin Keemstar onto her stream after he tweeted out his support for trans rights, most recently as a way to push back against the controversial video game Hogwarts Legacy.
don’t care if it’s bait bc it’s based

At the time of Keemstar's tweet earlier this week, many were hesitant about his purported transition to a seemingly pro-trans stance, with memes and skepticism aplenty being posted about him and Keffals' reaction to his statement online in recent days.
Keemstar, a terminal internet supervillain, has not had a sudden 180° change of heart; he’s just making fun of you. He thinks promoting your right to a peaceful happy life is a funny bit to do. Please think about anything other than epic internet lols for one goddamn second. https://t.co/D2J0y5yxVQ

keemstar has directly harassed me and countless other marginalized ppl, routinely fucks teenagers, and has literally gotten people killed, but it's super cool that so many of you think he's epic and based now because he said 'trans people exist'

Not even a month ago Keemstar was spreading transphobic rumors and even mocked the idea of being called transphobic. Now we're supposed to believe that after years of hating trans people it took half a month for him to do a complete 180? pic.twitter.com/NZaOxwIpyG

Keemstar is a massive piece of shit and I 100% do not trust him with this 'trans ally' facade

Yesterday afternoon, Keemstar then joined Keffals on her Twitch channel for a stream she promoted to discuss the YouTuber "becoming a trans ally," which has since been viewed over 26,000 times.
After Keffals had Keemstar on stream, she stated that she then realized he wasn't actually the supporter she initially believed, tweeting her afterthoughts out following the discussion.
guys i talked to keemstar on stream and im starting to think hes not actually a trans ally https://t.co/Az1FOpD1jR

Shortly after, tweets went up about Keemstar's perceived lack of authenticity as he quickly received backlash from some on Twitter, with people also accusing Keffals of platforming Keemstar and not caring about the damage he's caused in the past — some even claiming she simply used him as a means to get further views.
The controversy that's carried over into today notably created a sentiment that was the opposite of months ago when numerous Twitter users rallied behind Keffals in the face of doxxing and death threats allegedly at the hands of Kiwi Farms members.

Christ, keffals is the worst. She's made her pedestal from the backs of black trans women and she uses her reach to amplify… keemstar. Why on earth do I know so many people following her?

white queers care about no one other than themselves. especially content creators like keffals, who is supposedly against racism, but compliments keemstar for saying one (1) positive statement regarding trans people. i'm so tired. we'll never get anywhere.

Keffals believing for a second Keemstar was a legit trans ally is like losing to a horse in chess

Earlier today around noon, Keffals then posted an apology video on her YouTube channel addressing some of the ongoing controversy under the title "I’m sorry. I will do better."
