Question to Lenders/mortgage brokers:
I am trying to find loopholes so please dont get

I have pre approval for only $700K but I want to buy 2
properties worth 700K each.

If I select the two properties and sign both contracts
subject to finance, apply for finance for each property
to a different bank, is there a way they can find out I
have applied for another loan elsewhere?
Also, in the best scenario, if the both banks approve
the loan for 700K each, do they recheck the finances at
settlement? Will they find out at settlement I have
another loan in progress or approved somewhere?
Edit: Yes I will be able to manage the repayments for
both properties

I was told my son has an ear infection on Dec
1. He was given amoxi and I gave him one dose
and stopped. I just don't want to give them if
theyre not necessiary. I put garlic oil in his ear a
couple times but he stopped saying anything
about it so I stopped too. Yesterday he told me
he couldn't hear the TV and wanted me to turn
it up and I thought he was just wanting to
watch the show and there was other stuff
going on. Today I realize he can't hear and
when I ask him he says his ears hurt altho he
isn't complaining about them or acting like he
doesn't feel good. What do I do at this point!!
