Earlier this week, the clothing retail chain Hot Topic decided to sell some t-shirts with Rage Guy design. The Internet noticed and waged a sabotage mission, falsely pairing Rage Guy comics with highly offensive racist jokes.

In the midst of ongoing conflict between Tumblr bloggers and 4chan Anons, some of the more casual participants decided to anthropomorphize the popular blogging service and the notorious imageboard community as anime characters: Tumblr-tan & Anon-sama.
