The videos show the dog breaking up fights and quietly dominating other dogs in the shelter, oftentimes by placing his paws on other barking or misbehaving dogs. The videos originate from the Douyin page 胡子大叔爱犬部落 or "Uncle Beard Dog Tribe," where the dog is referred to as Changmao or "long hair." Changmao went viral on Instagram and X under the name "King Charles," with internet users commenting on his aura and commending his ability to make a large cane corso bow down to him. Other notable viral Chinese dogs include Xiaopang.
