According to the latest report from the Washington Free Beacon, the National Science Foundation has granted nearly $1 million to a group of researchers at Indiana University for the development of an online database that can detect, track and catalogue “suspicious memes" circulating on Twitter, especially those relating to hate speech and smearing.

This video released by Mohave County Sheriff's officials shows a nine-year-old girl shooting an Uzi submachine gun moments before she lost control of the firearm which subsequently shot and killed instructor Charles Vacca. Should this girl have been handling such a deadly weapon in first place?
