Final Fantasy VII - Multi-Episode Announced

From what I understand, it's because the game is "too large" to fit onto a single disk. In that respect, the decision to make the game episodic makes sense. But I think if the game is too large to fit on a single disk, why not just release the game with multiple disk? I guess the issue would that would be a longer wait for release and the possibility of it being to expensive to release the game with multiple discs.

Or they could be trying to milk this, I don't really know.

Should've seen some skullduggery like this coming…
