It was seemingly posted ironically to mock the Redditor and subreddit. It gained over 58,000 likes in three months.

Later on November 2nd, X^[2] user @derpatron6000 replied to the tweet, writing, "Honestly I think They Not Like Us is the only mumble rap song that is good, because they call out Drake for being a Diddy blud," receiving over 15,000 likes in three months (shown below).

On February 4th, X user @blephin_ reposted the abovementioned video to his secondary X^[7] account @blephin2, gaining over 14,000 likes in 16 days.

In the following weeks, the copypasta gained use on TikTok, evident in a video shared by TikToker^[8] @420mako on February 15th, 2025, that received over 47,500 likes in five days (shown below).
