My favorite Egg Boss has to be Thunderbolt, followed closely by Clove & Cassia.

While I still hold pre-SGW Eggman's flunkies in high regard, I have to agree – those three are the best new Egg Bosses. Not sure about the others that didn't have a story arc to show them a little bit more in action. Like Maw – dude's generic as they come, design-wise.
